Physical Water Treatment
The desire for lime free water
Water is one of the most highly controlled resources. Nevertheless, there are relatively high tolerance levels for lime which endanger technical facilities and cause destruction. In comparison to mineral water, drinking water has extremely low calcium content, although it is enough to cause problems. There are different systems to remove and prevent lime deposits for residences. Through the addition of chemicals it is possible to treat and filter out the lime, this can lead to high maintenance costs. Beside these systems there are physical water treatments whose function is argumentative to this day, these water treatments are rock crystal, with the explanation that these would work on the water if they are mounted on the exterior surface of the pipe. Our belief does not go so far. We are convinced that a purely electronic-physical water treatment system is the ideal option; we have carried out many in-house tests which have confirmed this belief. We have developed a new device from these results.
Recommendation for soft water
All our devices can also be used with soft water, since a long term a hardening of the pipe system can take place. While external armatures from calcifying is not a problem for customers with soft
water, but protecting the inner pipe walls from lasting lime build-up is. Though customers cannot see an actual difference in their water they do have the long term benefit that their pipes remain
lime free. These devices run mostly in impulse mode and are only seldom switched only seldom to normal mode.
Impulse Generator Triomat 300
The Triomat 300 is the smallest water treatment system in our series. It was constructed to treat in particular pipes with small diameters. It consists of 3 resonance coils which are simply wrapped around the water pipe. The device is easily operated through menu guidance using two keys and has a total of 48 different working programs. The device is set with variables such as whether it is being used in an old or new building, the diameter of the pipe and the mode of operation intensive level or pipe maintenance. The water hardness must be imported with 4 possible levels. The Triomat 300 is then started and even with a power outage all previously keyed in information is stored, once power is restored the device begins operating once again from the beginning.
The assembly is very easy and is either directly with special plastic holders mounted onto the pipe or with the provided adapter mounted to the wall within close proximity of the pipe. An ac adapter supply unit which is connected to the Triomat 300 is included. It is suitable for consumption for campers, weekend houses and small flats with a pipe diameter of ¼‘‘, ½‘‘and ¾‘‘. (1" = 25.4 mm). A servicing of the Triomat 300 is not necessary, operating costs are less than 10 euros per year.
The Triomat 300 has two modes of operation, namely impulse and normal. During impulse mode the intensive electrostatic treatment occurs, while during normal mode the electrostatic field is switched off almost completely. Our easily readable display has a blue background with white text; operation mode is clearly indicated on the display. The user can thereby always see whether the system is functioning properly and in which operation mode it is running.

The Triomat 400
The Triomat 400 is the most current type of our water treatment systems; it differs slightly from our Triomat 300.
The Triomat 400 consists of 4 resonance coils which have an intensive influence on the flowing water. The coils are controlled by a detailed program, the Triomat 400 works with stronger impulses
which are clearly better than that of cheaper devices or competitive products.
The device consists of a similar operating function as our Triomat 300, in addition using a water flow sensor measuring the individual water consumption and providing this information to further
control the system. An indefinable number of programs thereby arise and a suitable relation is found between impulse and normal mode. The Triomat 400 is ideal for pipes up to 1½" in diameter. A
servicing of the Triomat 400 is not necessary, operating costs are slightly above 10 Euros per year. The assembly is comparable with that of the Triomat 300, as is the power supply. The Triomat 400
is suitable for the demanding house-owner who puts a value on automated expiries. A bright display unit which displays respective working state is included in this model.
The casing was developed so that a generously dimensioned aluminum ground plate generates an extremely strong electrostatic basic damping, also allowing for mechanical stability. Clear operating
elements offer comfortable programming. The clear case cover does not conceal our electronics which we must not hide.

Triomat 100 A
The Triomat 100 A is a special device for uncomplicated application, for instance, in
public toilets, company kitchens and other single areas where water is constantly used. This model also operates with our standardized 48 volts of technology; however, it has only one program setting
and no clear text display. We have produced the Triomat 100 A that it can be easily installed and no programming is needed. The device works alternately in impulse and normal mode. The switch of
operation mode occurs automatically. The operation mode is indicated with two light-emitting diodes. The Triomat 100 A has two power output stages and runs with 3 resonance coils.
Triomat 100 W
The Triomat 100 W was developed especially for the hot-water circulation in residential
buildings. This model works constantly in impulse mode. That is we constantly generate an electrostatic field. It is otherwise comparable with the Triomat 100 A. A blinking light indicates the
working mode. The Triomat 100 W is mounted directly on the circulation pipe and works on the constantly circulating hot water. It is to be mounted as an addition to the basic device for the main
water pipe, it is not a substitute. The Triomat 100 W has two power output stages and runs with 3 resonance coils.
Triomat 150 Z
The Triomat 150 Z is specialized for installation in swimming-pools or Jacuzzis. It generates an almost continual impulse, virtually never switching to normal operation allowing the water to be
continually treated. With this water guidance it also concerns circulation circles and the water is usually warm there. The Triomat 150 Z works with 48 volt technology and consists of four power
levels controlling the 4 resonance coils. The outgoing signal is swept and scanned 4 times producing an effective application field. The device is constructed for pipe diameters up to 3 ‘‘.

again carbonate is rinsed out. We have no components
that magically remove molecules, that just
is not possible.
